If your current host uses the industry standard cPanel/WHM, as long as we can generate a cPanel backup file from their system we can bring across all of your files, databases, emails and other settings from your existing provider. Everything will come across from the existing host in one go. It's then just a case of testing and then switching over the nameservers. Our migration team will help with this and will be with you every step of the way.

If your current host has a custom control panel, it's a little bit more complicated but because of our expert migrations team, we can do the migration manually. This includes hosting providers like 1&1, Dreamhost, Tsohost, and others. We will need access to copy over the site files and databases using either FTP or SSH. And we can also migrate emails, however, for this you will just need to know the existing mailbox passwords.

During the migration process, nothing is lost or removed from your existing provider - we're just duplicating your content from the existing host. In terms of timescale, we would normally allow 24 hours for a full site migration, although some more complex migrations can take longer.
